1. After installing the instrument accessories according to the instructions, turn on the instrument;
2. Set parameters according to the instructions, select different setting items, and press the confirm button to save after selection;
3. Reagent equilibrium. Inject an appropriate amount of pure water into a 50 microliter sampler to neutralize any excess water in the reagent;
4. Instrument calibration. Using a 0.5ul sampler to extract 0.1ul of pure water for injection, the displayed result should be "100 ± 10ug (excluding injection error)". If the displayed result is within the error range, sample measurement can be performed.
5. Sample determination. After pressing the start button to inject the sample, the instrument will automatically perform the test. After the test is completed, a beep alarm will sound and the display screen will indicate "Test completed".
